No physical tickets are issued for Doomsday. Upon arrival at Derby Conference Centre, please proceed to the hotel reception to register your car if you're using onsite parking. If you have a room reservation, check in and inform the receptionist that you're attending Doomsday.

To complete registration, head to the sunken lounge area and turn right towards the dealer room. There, a glamorous assistant will assist you, providing your name tag and a goodie bag. The dealer room opens at 12:00 on Friday.

Doomsday takes place in a stunning Grade II-listed building that was formerly the British Rail Training College. The elegant exterior, adorned with art deco features, and the distinctive sunken lounge provide the ideal setting for the weekend.

The Derby Conference Centre is an easily accessible venue with a central location in the UK.

It has up to 300 free car parking spaces on-site for when you visit. It also has 14 charging points, so you can charge your car while you are in your meeting.

There are many reasonably priced hotels in Derby but the venue does have rooms available at including breakfast. There are 3 single rooms, 37 double rooms, 7 premier rooms and 2 twin rooms, but these get booked for Doomsday very quickly.

There are also many alternative hotels all within walking distance from the venue again at reasonable prices.

Located 1 minutes walk from the train station this hotel currently has rooms for £52 per night with free breakfast and is very popular with Doomsday attendees.

These other hotels are also located with minutes of the venue and offer reasonable rates if booked early.

By Car

Derby is just 15 minutes from the M1 junction 24 and accessible via the A6, A50, A38 and A52.

Derby also benefits from a great range of low cost car parks including the Safest Car Park in the World at Bold Lane, DE1 3NT.

The venue also has a large free car park for guests and visitors.

By Bus

National Express Coaches operate daily to Derby from all four corners of the UK.

By Train

Derby is only 93 minutes from London St Pancras with 35 direct services everyday with East Midlands Trains. Journeys take less than 30 minutes if you are traveling from nearby Nottingham, Leicester and Birmingham.

Train connections are available from East Midlands Parkway via a Railink shuttle service or the Skylink bus operates every 30 mins 24/7 from just outside the terminal.
